Tsuruta Norio is a Japanese film director. He directed Borei Gakkyu (A Haunted School) (1996), Ring 0: Birthday (2000), Kakashi
(Scarecrow) (2001) and Yogen (Premonition) (2004). He also directed Dream Cruise for the Masters of Horror Showtime cable
network series. It is based on the short story of the same name by Koji Suzuki from his short story anthology book Dark Water.
