Manuel Sanchís Hontiyuelo (born 23 May 1965 in Madrid) is a former Spanish footballer, who played as a central defender. A part of the famous Quinta del Buitre which stemmed from the Real Madrid youth ranks, he was the only of its five members to play his entire career for the capital side.
