Juhl won the 2006 European Badminton Championships in mixed doubles with partner Thomas Laybourn, and a bronze medal in women's doubles with Lena Frier Kristiansen. She also competed at the 2006 IBF World Championships in mixed doubles (with Thomas Laybourn), and were defeated in the quarterfinals by Nathan Robertson and Gail Emms 21-14, 21-17.
