Raúl González Blanco, usually known simply as Raúl, is a Spanish football forward who plays for Spanish club Real Madrid for
whom he is the all-time leading goalscorer. Raul is a three-time winner of the UEFA Champions League and has long been the
competition's all-time leading goal scorer. He has also scored more goals (44) for the Spanish national team than any player
in history.
Francesc "Cesc" Fàbregas i Soler (born 4 May 1987) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a central midfielder. He captains
the English Premier League club Arsenal and plays for the Spanish national team. Fàbregas started his career as a trainee
with Barcelona but was signed by Arsenal in September 2003 at the age of 16. Following injuries to key midfielders in the
2004–05 season, he established himself as Arsenal's starting central midfielder and playmaker.
Carla Suárez Navarro (born September 3, 1988 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) is a Spanish tennis player. She began playing
for Spain in the 2008 Fed Cup. On May 18, 2009, she reached her career high ranking at World No. 22. As of March 8, 2010,
she is ranked World No. 42.
David Villa Sánchez (born 3 December 1981), nicknamed El Guaje (The Kid in Asturian) is a Spanish footballer, who currently
plays as a striker for Valencia and Spain. Villa plays as a Spanish international and made his debut for the team against
San Marino in 2005. He has since participated in two major tournaments: 2006 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2008. He scored
three goals at the 2006 World Cup and was top scorer at Euro 2008 with four goals.
Xavier Hernández i Creus, commonly known as Xavi, is a Spanish footballer who currently plays as a central midfielder for
La Liga club Barcelona. Widely considered among the finest playmakers in world football, Xavi was named the official Man of
the match of the 2009 Champions League Final as he helped Barcelona defeat Manchester United to win their third Champions
League-title.
Iker Casillas Fernández; is a Spanish football goalkeeper who plays for the Spanish La Liga club Real Madrid and serves as
captain for the Spanish national team. He is currently first-choice goalkeeper for both club and country and serves as a vice
captain for his club. As captain of the national side, he led a young Spanish team to their first European Championship in
44 years, his first senior international honour.
