Laurent Jalabert is a French former professional road racing cyclist, from 1989 to 2002. Affectionately known as "Jaja" (slang
for a glass of wine; when he continued drinking wine as a professional, the nickname stuck because of the similarity to his
name), he won many one-day and stage races and was ranked number 1 in the 1990s.
Chris Boardman is a former English racing cyclist who won an individual pursuit gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics and
broke the world hour record three times as well as wearing the yellow jersey on three separate occasions at the Tour de France.
He is known as a specialist in the individual time trial. In his early years, he was educated in Wirral at Hilbre High School.
Alex Zülle (born July 5, 1968) is a Swiss former professional road bicycle racer. During the 1990s he was one of the best
cyclists in the world, winning the Vuelta a España twice and taking the second place in 1999 Tour de France. He was also Time
Trial World Champion in Lugano 1996.
Laurent Brochard is a retired professional road racing cyclist from France. In 1997 he won a stage of the Tour de France and
became World Road Racing Champion in San Sebastián, Spain. Brochard was a competitive runner and only started cycling competitively
at age 19. He started his career with team Castorama and eventually became part of the Festina cycling team.
Rolf Aldag is a former professional road bicycle racer who rode for Team Telekom from 1993 to 2005. He has raced in 10 Tour
de France, 1 Giro d'Italia and 5 Vuelta a España. Prior to his joining Telekom he had raced with Helvetia.
