Jan Ullrich

Jan Ullrich is a German former professional road bicycle racer. In 1997, he was the first German to win the Tour de France. He went on to take five second places and a fourth in 2004 and third in 2005. He is considered one of the best time-trialists in the history of the sport. In 2006, Ullrich was barred from the Tour amid speculation of having doped. He retired in late February 2007. Ullrich won a gold and a silver in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He also won the 1999 Vuelta a España.

Stuart O'Grady

Stuart O'Grady OAM (born 6 August 1973 in Adelaide), nicknamed Stuey, is an Australian professional road bicycle racer on UCI Pro Tour Team Saxo Bank, who started as a track cyclist. He and Graeme Brown won a gold medal in Men's Madison at the 2004 Summer Olympics. O'Grady also won Paris-Roubaix in 2007. O'Grady has ridden the Tour de France since 1998 and contended for the sprinters' green jersey, finishing second in the 1998, 1999, 2001 and 2005 races.

Alexander Nikolaevich Vinokourov, also written Alexandre Vinokourov, is a Kazakhstani professional road bicycle racer. He is often referred to as "Vino" and is an all-rounder. Vinokourov was banned for a year for blood doping following during the 2007 Tour de France and subsequently retired.. In September 2008 he announced his intention to return to cycling in 2009. As of August 2009, Vinokourov is riding on the professional level again, rejoining Astana.

George Hincapie

George Hincapié Garcés is an American professional road bicycle racer currently riding for UCI ProTour Team Columbia – HTC. Hincapie resides in Greenville, South Carolina. Hincapié is most widely known as a key domestique of Lance Armstrong, having been the only rider to assist Armstrong in all seven of his Tour de France victories. Hincapie was also a domestique for Alberto Contador during his 2007 Tour de France victory.

Robert John Hayles is a track and road racing cyclist, riding for Great Britain, England and his professional team Team Halfords Bikehut. Hayles is best known for his achievements in the Team pursuit and Madison events. He first represented Great Britain in the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996, where he rode the team pursuit. Hayles represented England in the points race and team pursuit events at the 1998 Commonwealth Games.
