RCA Dome

The RCA Dome, originally named the Hoosier Dome, was a domed stadium located in Indianapolis, Indiana, and the home of the Indianapolis Colts NFL franchise for 24 seasons. It was completed in 1983 at a cost of $28 million as part of the Indiana Convention Center, with the costs split evenly between private and public money. It was finished in 1984, nearly a year before the Colts relocated to Indianapolis from Baltimore, Maryland.

It is the venue for the Paris Masters ATP Tour tennis tournament and for many sports: basketball, boxing, gymnastics, track cycling, show jumping and more. The Seoul Olympic Stadium (formerly romanised as Chamshil) in Seoul, South Korea, was the main stadium built for the 1988 Summer Olympics and the 10th Asian Games. It is currently the centrepiece of the Jamsil Sports Complex in the Songpa-gu District, in the southeast of the city south of the Han River. The stadium was designed by Kim Swoo Geun. The stadium opened for the first time on May 8, 1984 for a friendly game: FC Nantes - Romania. It was named after Louis Fonteneau who was President of FC Nantes between 1969 and 1986. It is the easternmost of the three Center City stations on the SEPTA Regional Rail system, and is part of the Center City Commuter Connection, which connects the former Penn Central commuter lines with the former Reading Railroad commuter lines.
