Nepean Hospital is a 420-bed teaching hospital in Kingswood, in western Sydney. Having opened in 1956 (with planning commencing
in 1938), it is a tertiary referral hospital and level-one trauma centre, with a wide range of services including maternity,
gynaecology, neonatal intensive care, emergency, diagnostics, paediatrics, surgery, intensive care, coronary care, cancer
care, rehabilitation, drug and alcohol, and mental health.
