NetMotion Wireless

NetMotion Wireless is a privately held software company formed in 2001 as a spin off from WRQ, Inc, which in 2006 merged with AttachMate. In 2006, NetMotion merged with Padcom, Inc. , a competitor based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The merger followed a patent infringement lawsuit initiated by Padcom in 2003, and a jury verdict that found that NetMotion infringed upon Padcom patents.
