Moondram Pirai is a 1982 Indian Tamil language film starring Sridevi, Kamal Haasan, Poornam Vishwanathan and Silk Smitha.
The film is a remake of Kannada film Maanasa Sarovara which was based on Puttanna Kanagal life The film was dubbed in Telugu
language and was released on the same day (19 February, 1982) with the title "Vasantha Kokila". The film was remade the following
year as Sadma, with much of the cast and crew from the original reprising their roles.
