Dhevar Magan (1992) is a Tamil feature film by Bharathan, and written by Kamal Hassan. Critically considered by some to be
amongst the best films released in the Indian film industry, the film stars Sivaji Ganesan, Kamal Haasan, Nasser, Revathi
and Gouthami in acclaimed roles. The film was also a commercial hit upon release. The film's score and soundtrack are composed
by Ilaiyaraaja. The movie was later remade into Hindi as Virasat by Priyadarshan.
