Saagara Sangamam

Saagara Sangamam (The Confluence) (1983) is a Telugu film directed by K. Viswanath. It was also dubbed into Tamil as Salangai Oli. The movie follows the life of a failed but gifted (though eccentric) Indian classical dancer. It is the first of three feature-film collaborations between K. Viswanath and the actor Kamal Haasan, the others being Swathi Muthyam, India's entry to the Oscar in 1986, and Subha Sankalpam (1995).

Swathi Muthyam

Swathi Muthyam (1985) is a Telugu film directed by K. Viswanath. The movie won accolades at the Asian Film Festival in both "Best Movie" and "Best Actor" categories. The movie is about an autistic person who happens to defy existing social customs and traditions for a good cause. The movie was chosen to be India's official entry to the Oscars for 1986.

Subha Sankalpam

Subha Sankalpam is a telugu film in 1995, directed by K. Vishwanath. It was produced by noted singer, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam. This movie brings back the golden combination of Kamala Haasan and Vishwanath after 9 long years and Kamal has excelled yet again. Vishwanath appears on screen for the first time and his performance was awesome. The relationship which is established between Kamal and Vishwanth makes the movie what it is.
