His main position is defensive midfielder; however, he sometimes plays on the right side of midfield. Gattuso is a hard tackling defensive-midfielder and widely regarded as one of the most aggressive players. He currently plays for Italian club Milan, with whom he has twice won the UEFA Champions League, in 2002–03 and 2006–07, and also the Serie A title in 2003–04.
