He established himself as a left-winger during the 1990s and continued in this position well into the 2000s, but more recently has played in a deeper playmaking role. William Richard Arnold, commonly known as Willie Arnold (7 July, 1881 - 30 July, 1957) was a Welsh rugby union international. Arnold was the son of Thomas Arnold, co-proprietor of the Glanyrafon Tinplate Works, Clydach, Glamorgan and Arnold himself lived in Morriston, near Swansea, Glamorgan. By profession, Arnold was an architect and surveyor. As a rugby player, Arnold played at club level for Morriston, Llanelli, Swansea, Neath, London Welsh and Glamorgan.

Dean Nicholas Saunders (born 21 June 1964 in Swansea) is a former Welsh footballer who played as a striker in a professional career which lasted from 1982 until 2001. He is manager of Wrexham. He is probably best known for playing for Aston Villa. However he also played for Swansea City, Cardiff City(on loan), Brighton, Oxford United, Derby County, Liverpool, Galatasaray, Nottingham Forest, Sheffield United, Benfica and Bradford City. He also won 75 caps for Wales.
