Julio Salinas Fernández is a former Spanish-Basque footballer, during the 1980s and 1990s. A tall, lanky centre forward with
skills, Salinas is best remembered for his spell at FC Barcelona, while he was also a prolific goalscorer for club and country.
Duncan Nichol Shearer (born on 28 August 1962 in Fort William) is a former Scottish footballer and the brother of fellow former
player Dave Shearer. He played shinty as well as football as a youth.
Georges Grün is a former Belgian football defender and is now a TV presenter for the UEFA Champions League matches at RTL
TVI. Grün made his international debut against Yugoslavia on June 13, 1984, scoring on his debut. He is most famous in his
home country for scoring the away goal that qualified Belgium at the expense of their neighbours Netherlands in the 1986 World
Cup qualifying rounds. Belgium would go on to a very respectable 4th place finish.
Stewart McKimmie is a Scottish former professional footballer, who predominantly played for hometown club Aberdeen. He played
in defence, primarily as a right-back, and also played for Dundee and Dundee United.
Philip Richard "Phil" Stant was a professional footballer who played as a striker notably for Cardiff City and Lincoln City.
He also became a manager, taking charge of Lincoln before moving into non League.
Esteban Fernando González Sánchez is a former Argentine football striker. He was a winner of the Argentine league with three
different teams and he also played for the Argentina national team. González started his professional career in 1982 with
Ferro Carril Oeste, he won two Nacional championships with the club in 1982 and 1984. González was in a near fatal car crash
in 1984, suffering a dislocated hip, fractured skull and multiple broken bones, putting his playing career in doubt.
