Jorge Horacio Borelli (born 2 November 1964 in Buenos Aires) is a former Argentine football (soccer) player. His position was midfielder and featured in the 1993 Copa América in Ecuador and the 1994 FIFA World Cup in the United States. Gustavo Dezotti

Gustavo Abel Dezotti (born 14 February 1964) is a former football (soccer) striker from Argentina. He played most of his career for Newell's Old Boys in Argentina, he was part of the team that won the Primera Division Argentina championship of 1987-1988. Being part of a title winning side brought him to the attention of Major European clubs, and in 1988 he moved to Italy where he played for S.S. Lazio and then U.S. Cremonese. In 1994 he moved to Mexico to play for Club León and then F.C.

Carlos "Beto" Alfaro Moreno (born 18 October 1964 in Buenos Aires) is a former Argentine football striker. He played club football in Argentina, Spain, Ecuador and Mexico as well as representing the Argentina national football team. Alfaro Moreno started his career in 1983 with Club Atlético Platense, in 1988 he moved to Club Atlético Independiente where he played an important part in their championship winning campaign in 1988-1989. He was awarded the 1989 Player of the Year of Argentina.

Ariel Osvaldo Cozzoni (born 21 January 1964 in Rosario) is a former Argentine football striker. He played club football in Argentina, France and Mexico. Cozzoni started his professional playing career in 1985 with Newell's Old Boys. He was loaned to Instituto de Córdoba for the 1988-1989 season, but returned in 1990 to help Newell's to win the 1990-1991 championship. During the season he was the leagues top goalscorer with 23 goals.

Fabián Basualdo

Fabián Basualdo (born 26 February 1964 in Rosario, Santa Fe) is a retired Argentine football defender who played for a number of clubs in Argentina the Argentina national football team. Basualdo started his career with Newell's Old Boys in 1982 and remains 5th on the all time appearances list for the club with 300 appearances. He also helped the team to win the 1987-1988 league title.
